Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator Replacement

Hello dear,
I have half dozen of these operators above not functioning properly as they keep skiding when being turned, please refer to photos & advise which parts I need to order & how to replace them. thanks.

Thanks for posting. This might be the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operators. Just make sure the dimensions match what we show below. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
