Truth Hardware Replacement Part

Question

Good Morning, I need a replacement part for a Marvin window that is 30 years old. I have  attached 2 pictures of the window hardware as well as a sheet showing measurements and part markings.  The current part fits in an opening 5 inches wide. It has numbers 89 and 43 on it. Other Truth parts have numbers 3084, 80810, and 30744. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to us! The window operator you have here is the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. To confirm that this is the right replacement, carefully look over the dimensions.

I see here that your diagram includes that looks like the dimensions for the casement hinge. If you are looking to replace it, I suggest taking a look at the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. This can be used to replace the top and bottom hinge for left and right handle applications.

It is advised to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure they will be a match.
