Truth Hardware Window mechanism cranks handle ripped off

Numbers stamped on parts: 40471, 20810, 3084IL
The part where the crank handle attaches seems to have been ripped off. The gear mechanism works fine - the window opens without issue. Do you know what part(s) I would need?
