Thanks for posting! I'm certain we can provide you with a replacement but I will need to see a photo of the entire operator to identify it. In addition to the photo of the base of the operator, I'll need to see the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Are you also looking to replace the window hinges? If so, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of the tracks installed to the window sill.
