Pretty sure this part is discontinued and may never have been sold separately. The one I have came as part of a package with the operator hardware through a reseller that is no longer in business. The overall package may have been in the Truth Sentry 2000 line or one of its predecessors. One place on EBay advertising something that is supposed to be a replacement refers to what I have as 6-1565 LC2
