Truth Operator Replacement

A home owner from Mount Prospect, IL says:

Hello-
I need to replace the part in the pictures. This is marked with the manufacturer Truth. The operator has two part numbers, 30615 and 30894. The crank arm has part number 45054. It looks like I can use Swissco part number 39-089 to replace this. I

I believe your operator is closer to the 39-188. Look carefully at the shape of the gear arm. The 39-188 has more of a "W" shape, like yours, while the 39-089 has a "Z" shape. As for the lower support at the base, our operator does not have that but I'm not sure if you really need it. If you want, you could add a small piece of aluminum angle or wood trim for the operator base to rest on.
