I believe your operator is closer to the 39-188. Look carefully at the shape of the gear arm. The 39-188 has more of a "W" shape, like yours, while the 39-089 has a "Z" shape. As for the lower support at the base, our operator does not have that but I'm not sure if you really need it. If you want, you could add a small piece of aluminum angle or wood trim for the operator base to rest on.
