Truth Operator, single arm, arm stamped 40574

Question

I have a Marvin casement window w/ 40574 stamped and the arm is approx 8-3/4" long (from center of nylon bushing to center screw hole aligned with the crank). From center of nylon bushing to end of crank is roughly 11-1/2"  See photos for more info.  Can you pls tell me part # and/or link to Swisco. Much thanks
