Hi folks,

I have a Truth casement operator which is in dire need of replacement. The number stamped on the part is R30842. Could you please tell me which part I should order, as I couldn't find that part number in your catalog.

Sure, take a look at our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators. I think you'll find these match up to your original parts well.

No problem! I would just triple check to make sure the dimensions all match up, especially the sizes of those link arms. That's the most important dimension.
