Truth Sill Mounted? Casement Operators Dual Arm Left Handed ?

Hope you can assist me. Im looking to find the model / spec for encasement window operator.

The brand written on it is 'Truth'. It appears to be 'in' the sill, I think it is dual arm (has 2 arms), and I believe it is left open.

Any assistance would be appreciated!!
