Truth Split Arm Operator

Hi --- I bought a 25 year old house. The windows are in good shape with the exception that the casement hardware is not working -- I can open the window but not close them.

I not sure if it is split arm operator, the hinge, or both. For example, the black plastic piece is broken on the bottom which indicates to me that the hinge needs to be replaced.

I have 10 of these windows -- 5 LH crank and 5 RH crank.

First -- I can't identify the hardware by its number -- do you know if it is still available and do you have it? If not does truth make a new version that would substitute for this one?
