Truth Split Arm Operator

Question

Gears won't shut window any longer. They engage when opening the window, but cannot engage when closing. Serial number to Truth Arm included in photos.

Thanks for writing in! The issue you are describing is often attributed to the worm gear in the operator being stripped. To repair the window, you'll need to replace the operator.

This appears to be a match for the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The link arm is attached to the sash using the 39-517 Clip-Stud Bracket.

Carefully look over the specifications and compare them to confirm that this is the right replacement.
