Truth Window Crank

A handy person from Atlanta, GA says:

I have a Truth window crank that is no longer working properly. It seems as if something has been stripped, as the window does not move when you rotate the handle. In addition to the picture I have attached, it is shown as an Entry Guard, with two numbers visible: 20810 and L30841. The windows were installed around 1990. Please let me know what part(s) you think I need and what additional questions you may have. Thanks.

Hello,

If the gears on the base of your operator are on the left of the handle spline, it appears you'll need our 39-031 EntryGard operator. Make sure to review the dimensions on our product page to confirm that the arms are the same length as your original hardware. Thank you!
