Truth Window Crank and Locking Clips

Question

Hello! I am trying to order Truth replacement parts for my casement window. Attached are 3 photos (let me know if more are needed).
1. Window crank (I unscrewed it from the window and tried to put it back for the photo)
2. Plastic locking piece/ unbroken
3. Plastic locking piece that is broken

Hi Will,

Thanks for your post! The window operator reminds me of the 39-221B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator. It does not appear the cover on it is removable, so you'll also need either the 39-375 (folding) or 39-451 cover and handle kit.

The opposite versions of these parts can be found tagged blow.

The plastic locking piece is the lock bar guide for the multi-point lock in the window. The replacement for it was discontinued, quite recently, and we do not have a suitable alternative for it. Our sincerest apologies that we could not be of more help with this part of the repair!
