Truth Window Hinge Part Replacement?

This is from one of my egress windows. It should be a Truth part. One piece of the hinge has a rust corrosion on it. I am hoping to find the right replacement. Thanks a lot.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. Start by taking a look at our 36-048 and 36-049 hinge set. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours and see if one of these matches what you need. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
