Truth Window controller

Looking for replacement for Truth window controller,

the only marking I can find is on the back Date 03/30/09 and I think a time 06:33A

Not sure if they come in left & right? if so need both

Start by looking over the dimensions for our 39-220B and 39-221B operators to see if these match up to your original assembly.

Those measurements are good, How would you connect controller to window? Is that a separate pc.

Are you referring to the brackets? If so, see our 39-545 and 39-546.
