Truth Window crack assembly

I am looking for a part or way to fix or replace the crank to this Truth window. the window opens, but when I close it, the assembly screws itself out of the window.

Looks like your worm gear has stripped out, which cannot be repaired or replaced. You need an all new operator.

We can help, but before I recommend anything I will need you to remove your current operator from the window in its entirety so that we can get a good look at it. Please note that I have to see it without obstruction. If any details are cut off or covered, we won't be able to help.

I finally was able to remove the hardware. Let me know if this helps the fix. I am also looking for another crank for other windows, hopefully in the same color. Thanks!

That's a huge help, thank you very much. What you show here appears to match our 39-031 and 39-032 EntryGard operators. I believe these are just what you want, but review our dimensions just to be sure.
