Truth Window crank

A handy person from New Jersey says:
Hello fellow Jerseyans, Hope you are all well.
I have a 4 panel windows and need to replace 2 left and 2 right cranks.
I want to make sure I get the correct parts.
Where can I find the correct part number for each, as I was just looking at the picture and I noticed the 45108, now is that a part number and is it for the left or right?
Description; the window can crank open, but when you try to close it the whole crank comes apart, At this point the only option is a replacement.

We're holding up okay! I hope things are well with you, too.

I am confident that our 39-216 operator is the same part you're looking for. It looks just like the operator in your photo, but you may want to review our dimensions just to be 100% sure.

The opposite side, if you needed it, would be our 39-217.
