Truth Window cranks

Do you have this window crank? It says truth on the crank. I actually need it for the left window (as your facing from the outside) the pictures shown is the window (right) that works.

My first guess would be our 39-221B, but it's tough to tell from these angles. Compare and see what you think. If this is wrong, please send me a photo of the operator and its link arms from a bird's eye view, and I'll try and find something better.
