The underside mechanism for opening and closing the window. Current hardware says "Truth"

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 36-048 hinge set with a 10" base to your assembly. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!

I believe that is the hinge part. Thank you. Do you know which part would be for the top (11 3/8") and then the slider part (close to 12", but hard to measure)? I'll send another picture of those two parts.

If you're referring to the hinge for the top of the sash, the 36-048 comes with two replacements. One for the top of the sash and one for the bottom. As for your operator, we'd be happy to look into that as well but it would help to see a photo of the base and handle to compare to our inventory.
