Truth Window operators

I have older Truth Windows that I am looking for complete replacement of the operator, latch, hinge and fasteners, but I am having a hard time finding the exact match.

I have these numbers on my current parts:
Hinge: 40986 - it measures 13" in length with a 6.75" top bar. I cannot find any that match the 13" length.
I think I found the Handle, operator that are 39-171 and 39-172 (my numbers are 31402 A on the metal for the operator.

My Window has Truth 30905 on the inside label.

I don't believe they make a 13" hinge anymore, but you should be able to use our 14" 36-004-14 without any issue. Just make sure that you replace the top and bottom at the same time.
