Truth aluminum single arm operator for awning window

Hey there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not sure if we'll have a match for this. The roller or attachment at the end of the operator's arm looks damaged. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version?

Yes the part that broke is the black plastic piece on the end of the operator. It slides on a rail at the bottom of the awning window sash. The one you sent is for a casement window.

Thanks for getting back to us. In that case, can we see a few photos of the track? I can't make any promises but that might help steer us in the right direction.

Hmm, it looks like your photos didn't come through. Can you try and re-upload them for us?

I'm sorry, but our part identifier is having some technical difficulties. Can you please email your photos to help@swisco.com with the D349839 reference number? I'll do my best to assist from there.
I'm afraid the 39-440B is not stainless steel.

this is the single arm operator that has the broken foot. The arm is 11.5” long. Here are photos of the foot on another awning window that is still intact. The measurements shown on your product code 39-440B do match my operator. What is the material you have ? Does it come in stainless steel as well ?

I agree, our 39-440B awning operator indeed resembles what you show here. You should be good to go as long as the specifications and the style of the pivot slide shoe match up with your old operator. Please note that the 39-375 folding handle with cover is sold separately.
Unfortunately, we don't sell this operator in a stainless steel version. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
