Truth awning window operator

A home owner from St Paul, MN says:

The operator I need to replace looks almost exactly like the one at this link:

https://www.swisco.com/pivot-shoe-awning-operator/pd/Awning-Window-Replacement-Operators/39-312

with two differences:
1. the base of mine is 5 inches wide, the one linked is 7.75 inches wide, and
2. mine screws down into the sill, the one linked screws forward.

Do you have one that matches mine?
