Truth bracket for operator arm

Casement window part needed. Need help finding the 3" bracket that screws into the window and connects to a Truth operating arm. Pictures show a window that has the bracket, and another window that is missing the bracket.

Hello there. It's a bit tough to tell, but start by looking at the 39-546 Stud Bracket and its opposite-handed, the 39-545. Compare the dimensions and see if you think this matches what you need.
