Truth brand awning window operator replacement part

Question

Hi - I need to replace a Truth awning window operator, photos attached (uninstalled). The longest dimension left to right is 25 1/2 inches in the position photographed. The center of the two dual attachment points are 9 inches apart. The following markings appear on the underside of the operator housing - Truth, 45002 (on both left and right sides), US Pat. 4505601, UK Pat. 2135397, Pat. Canada 1986, and the number 2 by itself.

there is a number on the gold colored arm - 30897
