I believe the 39-139 could work for your window, however it has face mounting holes while yours has rear mounting holes. What I have done in the past is to press in the 33-205 threaded nut using a vise. You would then need to go to a local hardware store and purchase the correct type and size #10-24 screw to fit your window. Alternatively, you could just use a nut and bolt to install the operator in your window. Take a look at the hardware I've suggested and see what you think.
