The plastic runner broke and the hinge won't stay on the track.
I have attached a photo of an opposite hinge with a Truth part number 31229. That window is hinged from the left, looking from the inside. The one that needs to be replaced is hinged from the right, from the inside. I'm not sure, but I think you might call it a left hinge.
