I have broken/chipped the Hinge shoes (at both the top and bottom of the sash) and need to replace the hinges on 1 casement window.
The part number is 32010
PS, on installation, I haven't been able to get both Hinge shoes into the glides at the same time. The sash is very heavy and prohibits much of my movement when trying to line the hinge shoes up to the glides.
Do you have any installation tips.

Hey Mel. Are you talking about the black track slide pieces on a casement window hinge like our 10" 36-004-10? See the images below. If so, part of the problem is that these hinge shoes are really not meant to be replaced on their own; you're going to have to remove the hinges from the window entirely, and honestly are better off just replacing the whole set in the window. The video below shows how to do this. Let me know if this helps, or if you have further questions or concerns.
The 36-004-10 that Bob mentioned comes with two hinges, one for the top and one for the bottom of the sash, which is quite versatile. We can not confirm an exact match based on the mold number on the part but you are welcome to get back to us with photos of the original hinge assembly to confirm if this would be our best match.
