Truth casement operater dual arm

Thanks for posting. I believe this is a 39-253LB Dual Arm operator, which uses the square shaped 39-259 Track Slider sold separately. See the diagram below to confirm. For a new cover and handle, see either the 39-375 or 39-451, depending on the style you prefer.
