Thanks for posting! There is a chance we can provide a replacement recommendation for the casement window operator you need. Although, I'll need to see a complete mechanism to identify it, the photos only show its base.

The casement lock you have reminds me of either the 38-095 or 38-096 Maxim Multi-Point Locks. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to compare each of their dimensions to the existing lock. The installation hole spacing is the same for both locks.
