Truth casement operator PN 120905 0613M ( Maxium I believe)

I need to replace the casement window operator. The flex arm is 4 7/8" and the attached arm is approximately 4 1/2". The crank is fixed. I would like the white color to match the white vinyl window frame. Thanks
