Truth casement operator right and left

A home owner from California says:

I'm hoping you can help. I cannot find a part# and need to replace both the right and left operators. All I know is the brand is Truth and the windows (Milgard) were originally installed about 15 years ago. I measured the length of the longest arm and it's 7 inches long.
