Thanks for writing in! Your single arm operator can be replaced with the 39-220B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator; the opposite handed version is the 39-221B. The dual arm crank can be replaced with the 39-253RB; the opposite version of this operator is the 39-253LB.
