Truth casement window bubble seal

Hello- Similar to what someone previously posted several years ago, I am seeking weather-stripping for old casement windows installed around 1988. I have attached several photos.

Dimensions are: Push-in double barb is about 1/4" long. The length of the main base is 1/2" wide. The height of the tallest part of the bubble is 1/4" and the over-all width of the bubble (which is actually one larger and one smaller section is 5/8".
Do you think part no. 58-173- Push-in Vinyl Bulb would work?

I'm not sure if the 58-173 would work in your case. What about the 58-055 single off set bubble? I have use that on my wood casement windows at home and they work very well.
