Truth casement window crank

Question

Left hand truth window crank white with numbers on under side off crank. The numbers are #01202004 1257 that is in writing style and #45251 is stamped in just below the Truth stamp.#30905 is stamped on the extension arm. Thank you in advance for your professional attention and expertise!!!

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 39-171 and 39-172 casement operators to yours. If you need new hinges as well, take a look at the 36-048 set with a 10" base. Thank you!
