Truth casement window hardware

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I'm looking for Truth casement hardware circa 1999. The interior box looks like your 38-099 but, I don't have any of the mechanics on the right side of the spec drawing.
The bar from the second photo attaches directly to the tie bar in photo 3. I do have a slightly broken tie bar guide in photo one - but is that important?
