Truth casement window operator

the casement window operator gears slip and will not close the window. I want to make sure I order the correct part. "Truth" is on one of the operator arms.

Hello! This operator looks like a great match for our 39-253RB. We also sell the 39-452 cover and handle kit as well as the 39-529 slider, just in case you needed them. I'm very confident that these are the parts you want.

I don't think the cover comes off. You can see the grey rivet like attachment points in the underside photograph. I think it might be a Maxim 50.30.012. What are your thoughts?

Sure, that's not uncommon. Most older operators have their covers permanently affixed to the base. If that's the case here then you definitely want the 39-452 that I suggested.
