Truth casement window operator assembly.

I am looking fo a replacement Truth casement window operator LH & RH for the model in the attached photo. I can't find the model number only the manufacturers name. The only thing wrong with the operator is the cast covers have broken or cracked. Can I purchase the castings alone or do I need to purchase the whole assembly?

Hey there!

I'm afraid the cover on this type of operator is built into the mechanism itself and can't be replaced. With that said, your operator is a match for our 39-188. Review our specifications and let me know if you have any questions.

Can you give me the P/N for the LH and the RH version?

I'm not sure what you consider left or right, every customer and window manufacturer defines that differently. If you mean the operator you showed in your first batch of photos then that's our 39-188 and the opposite handed version is our 39-187. You just need to focus on what side the handle is on and use that as a reference for what side you need.

Would you also be able to send me the part number for the hand crank in white? Thank you and the operator was perfect and installed easily.

That's great to hear! And of course, see our 39-114L handle which is fully compatible with the 39-187 and 39-188 operators.
