Truth casement window operators

Question

I have a couple of casement window operators which no longer function properly. They appear to be Truth EntryGard dual arm cranks, and I found markings for 20544 and 30744 on them. Can you assist by confirming the proper replacement parts? Both left and and right hand are needed.

I believe the replacement parts would be 39-031 and 39-032. Please confirm.

I agree! I'm fairly confident the 39-031 and 39-032 can work for you. Just be sure to carefully make sure all the dimensions, especially the length of the link arm, match what you have. Let me know if anything differs in any way.
