Truth casement window replacement operator

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for your existing operator but to be certain, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to identify the correct replacement. Unfortunately, the base of the operator and the brand name do not provide enough information to accurately confirm which one you would need. 

I am especially looking to see a photo of the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging sash. I'll also need to see photos of any other hardware you might be looking to replace.
