Truth casement windows lock

I need a Truth replacement lock for casement windows. The pic is of the left window. I need one for the right window. It is missing. Do you carry this?

We carry casement locks like this, but the insides of the lock will determine the best match. Can you remove the lock from the wall to show us the forks or arms inside?
