Truth cover and handle replacements

Hello. We bought our home last year and need to replace some of the crank covers in a few of our windows. They are all truth hardware parts (looks like the 15 series EntryGard ones on the Truth website). I actually would like to replace the crank covers in the pictures attached with folding ones if possible because we have plantation shutters and keep having to remove the crank every time to shut the shutters. Will the Folding handle and cover kit (39-107FK) you have fit as a replacement for the ones pictured? It needs to have a centered handle attachment. How do we swap it out? Thanks!
