Question

Bought a Window Dyad Crank #39-090 from you. The metal pieces measure 5" and 3". The one I bought is 5" and 5". Didn't realize the difference. Just thought 5" was the one. I don't see another part with those measurements. Can you help identify the correct part so I can switch it?

Hello there. I suspect you actually need the 39-188. You'll note this operator has a 'W'-shaped gear arm, whereas the 39-090 has a 'Z'-shaped one. That's the subtle but important difference. See the image below to confirm. To return the wrong operator, see our Return Policy here.
