Hello,

Your photos resemble an old-style version of the 39-171 and 39-172. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you need. For a new handle, see the 39-114L which is sold separately. Thanks for posting!

The arm with the top side clip is 4 1/2 inches long and the ones you are referring to are 5" arms, could I make them work if I mounted the crank out mechanism a 1/2 inch further down in the casement? I would need the right side crank handle mount.

We do come across this from time to time. Unforutnately, we are not able to supply this operator with a 4-1/2" link arm but ours could still work if you are able to adjust the position of the mounting bracket on the sash to compensate for the difference.

Another option would be to attach the original link arm to the new operator by drilling them out and installing the old arm on the new operator with the 62-014B rivet. The rivet is currently out of stock but you can sign up for the auto-notify option of our product page to receive an email once it's available for purchase.
