Truth dead operator

A handy person from NYC says:

Hi,

Looking for the correct replacement for this Truth operator. Both bars measure 5", window opens to the right when viewed from inside.

holes are 5" apart as well.

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-188 and 39-187 operators to your original assembly. Thanks for posting!
