We are in need of replacing the lock

Hello there!

I'm afraid the information you've given is only related to the glass so I'm not sure what you need exactly. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see pictures of the lock in question to compare to our inventory.

Hopefully these help, I believe the gear box is bad and need to replace, if you could get me a price and availability to replace. Thank you

Thanks for the pictures! Your lock reminds me of the one that comes with our 82-402 handle set, though the mortise lock is not sold separately. Review our dimensions and pictures and compare them with your hardware to see if this matches what you need.
