Truth entrygard window operator

Question

Please advise on the correct window operator. Long arm #40753 and short arm # 31538A. Looks like long arm from center of the mounting hole to the end of the arm is 10-3/4. Short arm from end to end looks like 4-7/16. However the arm looks to be angled up
Your Part number 39-031 indicates the link arm measures 4 7/16 inches overall with a downward offset. But from the product description photos I can't tell. Please advise what is the correct part I need and also include the operator handle and cover. This looks like to be tan in color

Hi there!

It looks like your link arm has an upward offset. We don't carry a version of the 39-031 with that kind of offset but you should still be able to get our operators to install by manipulating the arm to connect it to the sash bracket. For a handle and cover, see the 39-107 and 39-205.
