Truth handle part number 45258
Can you help me finding this handle Set?

or do you have something to replace with 5-1/2 Ct to Ct distance

Hey there!

I'm sorry to say that we don't sell a match for this handle set. This looks like a unique handle so it may be unique to the door itself. With that said, the 82-030 is the best we can offer. The installation hole center spacing is 3-15/16" so it will require drilling new holes, unfortunately. I know this isn't ideal though so I truly apologize that we can't offer something better.
