Just would like to verify if Truth Folding Handle And Cover Kit
Product Code: 39-107FK will work on above truth hardware in picture.

Hello, Mike! Yes, the 39-107FK should work on your existing operator without issue. This is an EntryGard type operator, which the 39-107FK is explicitly designed to work with.

can this be turned so the hand6le is on right side how can get just the handle?

Unfortunately not. Truth only designed this handle style so that it sits on one side of the cover while at rest. They don't make an opposite handed part.
