I'm looking to replace these with white ones. I can't find them anywhere and wonder if they were ever made in white. A direct replacement would be fine if I don't have to modify anything.

I am afraid this is an older lock that is no longer made. However we have newer replacements that may work for you. Please see our 38-097 and 38-098 sash locks. You will also need our 38-079 keeper, since the new locks will not be compatible with the old keeper.

In that case, it would be best to look over the measurements of our 38-097 and 38-098 lock and see if they match up to your measurements. If everything matches up, then you should be good to go.

These locks would be fine. My only concern would be if they are a direct replacement. When I say direct replacement? I mean the exact same size, fit and hole location. I'm not too concerned about the keeper. That will fit for sure.

I don't want it to look like I tried replacing them and failed.

The current ones are all in perfect Working order. I just don't want to paint them.

I probably should've thought of that myself. It appears that the measurements are exact. I need to order a bunch of these. If somehow they don't fit, can I return them?
