It for a bay window it has truth hardware marking. I would need the left and right

Thanks for reaching out to us. This operator looks like it had another operator's arm welded onto where the old link arm would be. Can you confirm? Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we'd like to see a photo of that operator removed from the window.

the left window crank is one solid single arm. I guess some one welded the RH one together because it snapped before.

The 39-221B operator resembles the base but the end of the arm is different. It's more like the 39-399 and 39-429 which use the 39-541 shoe and 39-542 track. We can't make any promises but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
